COVID-19 Statement
The Covid-19 epidemic continues to be a fluctuating situation and we will update our Covid policy as warranted.
Our primary concern is for the safety and welfare of all camp attendees. Our Covid policy and any updates have been and will continue to be made in coordination with members of the medical community and comply with Wyoming and CDC requirements. We are encouraging all camp attendees (adult volunteers and students) to be vaccinated for Covid. If you are not vaccinated, you will be required to provide proof of vaccination to complete check-in, or if you are not vaccinated you will be required to provide a negative test result within 72 hours of attending the camp. Please understand Covid is a constantly changing situation and flexibility will be key for all planning.
As noted, we are trying very hard to keep the camps and plans on schedule. If you’re interested in signing up for any of the camps, I you are encouraged you to follow the registration instructions and register for all camps you are interested in attending. If you have comments during the registration process, please utilize that section of the form.
Please do not hesitate to reach out with any information, questions, or concerns.
Thanks for understanding.
Refund Policy
If Wyoming Mountain Bike Camps, Inc. (WYMTB) is required to cancel one or more of the mountain bike camps, students for those camps will receive a 100% refund. Eventbrite “Event” cancellation policy states: “If an event is cancelled or postponed, refunds will be for the entire purchase—that includes the ticket price and the Eventbrite fees.”
If a student is unable to attend the camp for any reason (i.e., injury, positive test for or exposure to another person testing positive for Covid-19, etc.) and cancellation occurs on or before May 31st (the final day of registration), then the refund options are:
- WYMTB will provide a 50% refund of the total registration cost (Eventbrite fees + taxes + our registration)*; or
- You may use 100% of the camp fee towards another 2023 camp, if any opening remain available; or
- WYMTB will defer 100% of the camp fee to a 2024 camp.
* If WYMTB is able to fill the vacated registration spot with another student, we will refund 100% of the camp registration fee cost, minus the Eventbrite fees.
