Cancellation of the 2023 Granite Ridge, Rock N’ Roller and El Alto MTB Camps

The 2023 Stone Temple Camp will still take place and is full.

Due to unforeseen circumstances and scheduling errors within the reservation system, we were not able to procure the facilities needed to hold these three camps this year. The board held emergency meetings to weigh options and propose alternative plans.  After thorough discussion with the board and all the camp directors, we made the very tough decision to cancel these three camps (Granite Ridge; Rock N’ Roller; and El Alto).  We strive to offer quality camps and feel that without these accommodations we could not provide the level of student safety and care required nor could we provide the level of camp experience we and you expect.

We apologize for this cancellation and for complicating your schedules.  Full refunds have been issued to all participants and a notification through the EventBrite mailing system, as well as an email from us, was sent to all registrants and email addresses we had on file.

Thank you for your interest in our camps!  We had unprecedented registration this year and the need to cancel has been hard to handle for all of us here at Wyoming Mountain Bike Camps. Thank you for your support and we apologize for the cancellation and the inconvenience.  We hope that you will be able to join us in 2024.

Thank you for your understanding.
